At Lincreal Precision Engineering, we are an experienced CNC turning company specialising in the production of precision CNC turned parts for demanding applications.

Our facility includes 2 sliding head machines and 9 CNC lathes, allowing us to handle a wide range of component sizes, materials and batch volumes. Whether you need a one-off precision turned component or a repeat batch of 500 parts, we have the capacity and consistency to deliver.

We support customers across multiple sectors, including oil and gas, automotive, hydraulic systems, machine tools and safety-critical applications. As a BS EN ISO 9001:2015 certified company, we ensure every CNC turned part meets strict quality standards and customer specifications.

Materials

We regularly turn components in stainless steel, aluminium, mild steel, alloy steels, brass, titanium and engineering plastics. If you have a specific material requirement, we can help you choose the best approach and tooling.

Tolerances and Capability

Our CNC lathes and sliding head machines allow us to meet tight tolerances across a range of component sizes. Bar capacity runs from 35mm on our sliding head machines up to 90mm on the Goodway GLS3300M, with turning diameters up to 500mm. For smaller, high-volume precision turned parts requiring very tight concentricity, our two Star Micronics sliding head lathes are particularly well suited.
