Our inspection capability includes an Aberlink Axiom Too 600 manual CMM, enabling us to perform accurate measurement and verification of complex components. This ensures every part meets specification before it leaves our facility.
Quality is at the core of everything we do. As a BS EN ISO 9001:2015 certified company, we follow strict quality management processes to ensure full traceability, consistency and compliance across all work.
For customers in safety-critical, defence or regulated industries, we can provide dimensional inspection reports alongside your components. This provides documented evidence that each part has been checked against the drawing before dispatch, supporting your quality and traceability requirements.
We carry out first article inspection (FAI) on new components and after any significant process change, ensuring the production process is validated before batch work begins.
